Hove & London Terms Revised 15 October 2026

The terms, which fit on a page.

What this site and the podcast are, what you may do with what we publish, what our tools are and are not, and what writing to us does and does not mean.

01 — What this is

A site, a podcast and an opinion or two, offered for what they are.

agentsee.work and the AgentSee Podcast are published by James Hartt and Abrar Mahmood, trading as AgentSee, from Hove and London. They are a record of what we are doing and what we think about it. They are not advice, professional or otherwise; anything you build on them you build at your own judgement. We try to be accurate and we correct what we get wrong, but we promise nothing about completeness or fitness for any purpose, and we accept no liability for loss that comes from relying on what is here, except where the law says we cannot exclude it.

02 — What you may do with it

Quote us, share the clips, link to anything. Do not pass the work off as yours.

The words, the recordings and the AgentSee name and mark are ours. You may quote from the site and the podcast with attribution and a link, and you may share the clips and episodes using the share functions of the platforms they are on. You may not redistribute whole episodes, remove our name from them, or present any of it as your own work or as an endorsement by us.

The code that builds the site and the podcast is public in the repository under the MIT licence in that repository. That licence covers the code, not the writing, the audio or the mark.

03 — Our tools

The software we run is ours alone. There is nothing here to sign up for.

The software we use to publish to and read statistics from YouTube, LinkedIn and the other platforms acts on our own accounts and is not offered as a service. Nobody else can sign in to it, and nothing on this site creates an account or holds any of your data beyond what the privacy notice describes.

04 — Working with us

Writing to us starts a conversation. Work is agreed in writing, separately.

Emailing us, replying to a clip or following the build does not make you a client and does not oblige either of us to anything. If we do work together, the terms of that work are set out and agreed separately, in writing, before it starts.

These terms and the privacy notice are governed by the law of England and Wales. We may revise them; the date at the top is the record, and so is the repository's history.
